The success of each of our events is a result of the dedication and determination of our dynamic team of Project Managers, Logistics Coordinators, and Media Assistants. It is the responsibility of the Global Operations Department to deliver top-quality performance and tight budget management at every stage of event organization and promotion, from selecting the perfect venue to identifying the best media channels to promote our events, and finally, to ensuring a perfectly staged and smooth-running event on-site.
HR, Administration & Finance
From finding and hiring the best candidates to following up on their performance, the HR team personally accompanies and assists each individual in the organization. Supporting the entire company’s operations, our Human Resource experts create a comfortable and friendly office environment and make sure that our values are spread and internal communications are smooth. In organizing internal events, this team is proud to knit the others together! Our Finance experts make sure our assets are well. With the whole team taking their responsibilities very seriously and adhering to stringent compliance standards, they meet daily challenges with positivism and dedication.
Information Technology (IT)
We are all about smart and neat information. The IT team develops, runs, and maintains the systems that let information flow freely between all of Advent Group’s teams and partners – anytime, anywhere, at each event. Advent Group creates opportunities for skilled, data- and design-centric individuals who are not afraid of creating solutions from scratch.
Our message to business schools and candidates can make a tremendous difference in the development of their education programmes and careers, and we couldn’t communicate it without the support provided by our Marketing and Communication team. Using the latest strategic digital marketing strategies and resources, they make our voice heard and our brands seen through content creation, social media and search engine marketing, promotional material, institutional outreach, and international press relations. Our Design team ensures that all of our visual production reflects our creative company ethos and multiple brand identities. The Content team creates website and marketing copy to reach out to and educate our highly targeted audience on the latest developments in business education and corporate learning.
Innovation is an integral part Advent Group’s activity, and we constantly have our heads full of ideas for new projects, events, and services. Starting with project conception and ending with delivery of the final product, our Innovation team invests drive, initiative, and creative energy to turn each new idea into a polished, perfect product for its desired audience. We welcome innovation ideas from everyone in the company. We are always searching for new ways to engage our community and maintain our reach by using new digital techniques, effective communication, and strategic partnerships.
Our Account Management team is the face of Advent Group when it comes to our international business school partners. They promote over 190 events in 61 countries and a wide range of media products and services, from online marketing campaigns to print advertising. They are in touch with over 325 schools and universities all over the world, and are constantly focused on sustainable growth and long term partnerships.
