Advent Group has organised recruitment events for international business schools since 2004. The company’s founder and CEO, Christophe Coutat, invented the One-to-One event format that has now become a new standard for education events. Between 2004 and 2020, the company organised over 1,200 tailor-made education events across 5 continents.
Placing a premium on the safety of all participants, strictly following the regulations of each country during the Covid-19 pandemic, our events now take place online on our in-house events platform. Our dedicated team ensures all the guidance and support we usually provide during our on-site events.
The key concept of the event format is careful candidate screening before each event. We thoroughly match MBA and Masters candidate profiles and preferences to each business school’s admissions criteria.
A dedicated team caters to all aspects of the event: overall promotion, logistics, candidate screening and selecting suitable candidates for each participating programme. Events are promoted through dozens of targeted media channels in each location in order to attract candidates for One-to-One meetings with some of the 325 top business schools attending the Tour.
Advent Group also offers the opportunity for schools to participate in online events. Such is Access Online – a dedicated platform for online One-to-One MBA and Masters candidate meetings. Business schools receive a personalised booth featuring their logo, school profile, brochure and own video. They also get access to a candidate search tool, calendar of meetings, notifications, and emailing system.
The MERIT Summit is one of the latest Advent projects, and connects business and executive education leaders. Corporate learning professionals gather to generate and share innovative ideas in talent management and leadership training. International business schools and chief executives from leading global companies have the opportunity to connect, establish closer relationships, and build mutually beneficial learning & development strategies.
